Why a Marriage Conference?
As Christians, we desire for our lives to reflect the beauty and the glory of God. His fame is our greatest aim in life! And one of the most supreme ways that he has designed our lives to reflect his covenant keeping love towards his people is through marriage.
Consider this for a moment. When the Apostle Paul was thinking of an analogy to capture God’s love for his Church, he thought of marriage. Ephesians 5:25 “Husbands, love your wives, as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her”. And again in verse 32, “This mystery is profound, and I am saying that it refers to Christ and the church.”
What this means for marriages is that they have a unique opportunity to display the love of God and the relationship God has with his church. To repeat the Apostle Paul, I must say…”This mystery is profound”!
But maintaining a marriage that appropriately displays this picture is challenging. Marriage is challenging. However, God’s Word has wisdom for every marriage in every season! He has not left us to figure it out on our own but has supplied our every need.
Is your marriage failing? This conference is for you! Has your husband or wife broken the covenant vows you made with each other? And you’re wondering if something can be salvaged? This conference is for you! Is your marriage healthy and thriving? This conference is for you!
